LinkedIn send and complete

This page documents the canonical HTTP contract for this endpoint.

This route currently requires an authenticated user session. Developer API keys are blocked by the backend for this route.

How it works

Sends the task's LinkedIn action (message, connect, or voice message) via the sender's connected LinkedIn account, then marks the task as completed.

Connection degree handling

1st degree: Direct message (free)
2nd/3rd degree: InMail (uses credits)
Voice messages: 1st degree only

Rate limiting

The route may enqueue and process execution immediately, or return deferred: true with retry_at and an execution receipt. The returned success envelope includes message, deferred, defer_reason_code, retry_at, next_task, and next_step_preview; queued cases also include scheduled_at, execution_job, and task_state. This route performs a LinkedIn action; it is not a dry run.

Errors

Status	Meaning
400	Task ID format is invalid or task is not a LinkedIn task.
401	Missing or invalid user session.
403	Developer API keys are blocked for this session-only route.
404	Task not found.
422	LinkedIn not connected, or lead not reachable.
