List webhook delivery attempts

Inspect per-attempt status code, response excerpt, and duration for one delivery.

Attempts are restricted to the authenticated organization and sorted newest attempt first. The count is the number returned after limiting.

Errors

Status	Meaning
401	Invalid API key or missing auth.
403	Missing webhooks:read scope.
422	Query parameter outside its allowed type or limit bounds.
