Sync outreach campaign sender pool

Reconcile a provider campaign sender pool with the organization’s currently eligible sending accounts. By default the route refreshes account state before syncing all eligible senders.

This mutates provider campaign membership. If no sender accounts are eligible, the route returns 409 with the account-pool state; it does not silently sync an empty pool.

Errors

Status	Meaning
401	Authentication is missing or invalid.
403	The credential is invalid or lacks the required scope.
400	Provider is unsupported or organization context is missing.
422	The typed sender-pool request body is invalid.
409	Eligible sender accounts or provider synchronization are not ready.
