Validate CSV import (no write)

common (default) or preserve; use the same policy when validating and importing.
sample_size · optional
integer (clamped to 0-20)
Sample row count in response. Default 5; values are clamped to 0-20.

Errors

Status	Meaning
400	CSV parsing failed; response detail includes the parser error.
422	Missing multipart file, non-integer sample_size, or invalid null_policy value.
401	Invalid API key or missing auth.
403	Missing tables:write scope or table access denied.
