Fetch and list eligible external sending accounts for configured outreach providers, apply organization eligibility settings, and refresh persisted sender-account and provider-snapshot state.

This page documents the canonical HTTP contract for this endpoint.

Developer API keys need the listed scope. A valid authenticated user session may also call this route.

This endpoint contacts configured providers and persists refreshed accounts into the sender-account pool plus an organization/provider snapshot; results and freshness depend on provider responses. It returns settings and account eligibility fields, not provider credentials. Provider API keys must already be configured for the organization. The response is abbreviated and account values are illustrative.

Errors

StatusMeaning
401Authentication is missing or invalid.
403The credential is invalid or lacks the required scope, or the caller cannot access the resource.
400Provider is unsupported or required organization/email context is missing.
404The selected provider has no configured API key.
502Provider account read failed.
