List outreach campaigns

List campaigns for an organization-configured Instantly or Smartlead account. The server uses the provider credential stored for the authenticated organization.

Provider responses vary by account and provider version. The example is abridged and illustrative; omitted provider-specific fields are not a stable schema.

Provider HTTP error statuses are passed through; transport failures and local key lookup failures return 500. The success envelope differs by provider: Instantly returns campaigns.items; Smartlead returns campaigns as an array. This example shows Instantly.
